Belle Ombre & Ash Valley with Petra Schonlau

GRADE 3B/C

We will be ascending the back of Table Mountain via the less frequented Belle Ombre route, around the dams, and returning via Smuts trail.  the route is steep in places so a good level of hiking fitness is required.  There is no real exposure, but 2 or 3 minor scrambling bits need to be mastered.
