Membership application process
- Create your profile: Click the 'Become a member' button and fill in your details.
- Photo upload: Have a digital passport-format photo ready to upload to your profile.
- Approval and welcome letter: Once payment is received and the application approved, you will receive an email with your membership number and renewal date.
- Membership card: Your digital card will appear in your online profile to save to your smartphone or print.
- Minors: Under 18s do not receive cards and must always hike with a parent or guardian.
Membership payment
Memberships and renewals are only processed after receiving proof of payment.
- Payment methods: Pay via electronic funds transfers (EFT) or SnapScan.
- SnapScan option: Enrol first, receive your invoice, and scan the QR code to pay.
