Swartkop with Andre Stander

Meet in Simonstown to shuttle cars. We start at the Smitswinkelbay Forestry office, with a long steady climb to the fist peak of the Swartkop Mountain range. Continuing over the Swartkop ridges with great views of False Bay we follow the trail North to Swartkop peak where we descend via the Blockhouse gap and the old mule trail to Murdoch Valley. Fitness is essential.
