Drip disa hike with Helen Gosnell

GRADE 3B+

A circular route hiking up Cecilia Ridge, through the aqueduct to see the drip disas that will hopefully be in season and then back down Skeleton Gorge. On the way up we will take the lesser-known scrappy but beautiful shortcut up Rooikat Ravine. Both the way up and the way down requires scrambling and comfort with steep, sandy paths. The route is fairly strenuous with 840m elevation gain.

Please earmark the Saturday as an alternative hiking day in case of predicted poor weather on the Sunday.
