Bookings for day hikes open 2 months before the hike,

the cut-off time for booking is 6pm two days before the hike.

Regarding hike pace: 

Out of consideration for both the hike leader and fellow hikers, please ensure that you only sign up for hikes that match your fitness level and comfortable hiking pace. Please feel free to contact the hike leader for advice regarding your suitability for the hike.
